Warehouse Worker Injured In Fork Lift Truck Accident

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

A female warehouse worker from Worksop was injured when she was knocked down by a fork lift truck at work.

Kathryn Warren was hit behind by the truck while picking an order at the warehouse, leaving her trapped against the racking.

Mrs Warren was then rushed to hospital where she had screws inserted into her ankle, which had been fractured in the accident.

As well as suffering ankle injuries, Mrs Warren suffered depression and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). As a result she was unable to return to work at the warehouse.

Specialist accident at work lawyers at Irwin Mitchell took on Mrs Warren’s case and she received substantial compensation for her injuries.
