Making a personal injury claim can seem daunting at first, but we’re here to help you and make it as simple and easy as possible.
When you contact us, we’ll talk to you about your injuries and help you work out if it’s worth making a claim. This first contact is completely free and there’s no obligation to continue.
If our expert lawyers think you have a claim we’ll discuss funding with you.
If you’re a member of a trade union or have home or other insurance, you may have cover for the costs of your claim. Otherwise we could arrange a “no win no fee”* agreement with you.
The key point to bear in mind is that if we think you have a claim, there is no financial risk to you if you lose your case.
While your claim is underway we will keep you updated on the progress of your case. If we need to see you in person at any time we have offices around the UK or can even visit you at home.
* Subject to entering into a ‘No Win No Fee’ agreement in conjunction with our Allianz Litigate insurance policy and complying with your responsibilities under its terms.
All Scottish cases will be handled by the Scottish law firm with which we are associated, Irwin Mitchell Scotland LLP. The law relating to funding is different in Scotland and you will receive separate advice about what that means as well as a separate funding agreement.
